Yellow vest (worn over other clothing)
Hair back or under cap
Good walking shoes
Comfortable clothes that let you move freely
Mask (for COVID)*
Sunglasses*

COVID masks + sunglasses may hide most of your (calm, kind, open) facial expressions. Try to wear a mask that appears non-threatening and avoid wearing glasses, if possible.

No loose clothing that they can get in the way
Avoid scarves, jewelry & anything that can be caught or pulled

Cell phone
Meds (in clearly labeled prescription containers)
Bottled water
Emergency contact name & number (easily found on you)

Emergency contact written somewhere on your person or an item of clothing you won’t easily be separated from. Let your emergency contact know what you are doing/that they’re # is on you.

Contraband

If you are First-Aid Certified, please make yourself known to the PA liaison. If you intend to bring medical supplies, identify backpacks with medical supplies with a red-ross
